Madison Romero was born and raised in Texas and spent 11 years as a teacher. After those years in the classroom, she learned that being responsible for others isn’t something you take lightly—especially when it comes to families. Every day was about planning ahead, staying organized, and making sure no one slipped through the cracks. Just as important, she saw firsthand how much stability and support matter at home for everything else to work.

Moving into insurance felt like a natural next step. The same skills still apply: preparing for the unexpected, communicating clearly, and showing up when people need help the most. Now, instead of lesson plans, it’s about building coverage that protects families, their homes, and their future.
